I used to dazzle my algebra/geometry teacher with graph paper when turning in my work. I would also box the answer with a highlighter for easier grading. It also kept my work neat, and easy to see if I made a mistake.
Computer engineering wasn't available when I was in high school. We only had keyboarding/computer literacy. I practiced my keyboarding on a Brother brand manual typewriter since I was 7. So keying was only faster when using a keyboard. (I might not even be understanding your class right)
Music, you might want to get a music stand for your practice at home. Most music stores will carry a cheap stand for $15-$20. I just bought one for my son about 4 months ago. Plus a digital tuner/ metranome runs about $40-$55, but my son said it's worth it's weight in silver! (not quite gold, because it doesn't practice FOR him!) lol.
For Science and Physics, you might want to get your own nice fitting, safety glasses. I know I hated those GOGGLES they supplied. A box of latex-free disposable gloves. Even if you aren't latex sentitive, they keep your hands from sweating and are easier to put on.
The classes that may have a lot of lecturing, try getting an mp3 or mp4 player with recording capabilities with a removable data stick in case you have multiple classes that day and won't be downloading the lecture. Nothing ticked me off more than the person next to me talking while I'm trying to hear my low-talker teacher lecture.
Lunchbox with cryo-pak and a wide-mouth thermos for lunch. You can clean out the wide mouth thermos easier than the regular and they are stainless steel. So you won't taste spagetti when your having clam chowder a week later! Sandwiches are great but can get boring.
well, i don't think you'll need anything besides the regular(I'm in grade ten too), but my science is chemistry, so I wouldn't know what you need for physics, and I don't need anything for chemistry so...yeah. I need a graphing calculator this year though, because I am taking algebra 2. So if you are as well, I would get a graphing calculator, and that's the only special thing I need. Calculator and notebooks pens etc. and your set. Hope this helped.
