i uploaded a video of a "fake fight" between me and another classmate on youtube, we were in sch uniform, the parents complained on the fact that it was a "public humiliation", do you think that i was really wrong ? i feel that his mum is trying to make lots of trouble cuz she has too much time, how can i try and remove the record, can i get it off ? his mum even threatened to call the police but i doubt they can do anything cuz the Thai goverment could't arrest the people who uploaded videos insulting the highly honoured Thai King.
Answers:
Yes, it will go on your record.
You may already have learned this but you are at an age where you are responsible for the choices you make. This video of a staged fight was a poor choice on your part.
At the very least, it shows that you are not mature enough to think of how your choices impact you and others. In trying to blame the mother for being upset is an example of that immaturity.
Instead of trying to get your record changed, maybe you need to focus of how YOU are going to change and make better choices and use of your time.
If you have learned something from this experience, you can talk about what you have learned to anyone who interviews you for a job or university position.
Good luck to you.
Yeah, it goes on your permanent record (in the US does).. Colleges are sent your transcript and they might happen to look at that part, they might not.
Everything one does during school time is recorded in his documents. Be truthful. Go to ask pardon from the authority of the school. You can still continue to study in another college. You may have to show your records from the previous college. That's why it is good to ask forgiveness from the previous school - this record manifests your good will to change for the better student. Who knows the college will acknowledge this and will accept you to study in their college. Learn from this mistake and try to help others who maybe in a similar pitfall.
It will go on your record, because once you are in high school, everything goes on, and i'm not sure there is much you can do about it. if it doesn't come off, you can always exlain to the admissions officers that it was fake, and they may disregard it.
