Do academy districts hire teacher that already own a master's scope?

I have hear that many conservatory districts don't like to because afterwards they have to clear you more. Is this true?

Answers:    As a teacher beside a master's degree, I did not hold a problem finding a job. Districts do hold to pay more due to the reality that our pay is base upon years of experience and education. It also depends on which state you are chitchat about. CA encourage teachers to further their tuition. Now, there are different ways to approach a master's. You can find a job and become tenured, afterwards get your master's (they can't fire you for doing that). Or (my suggestions), win your master's and start teaching at the far close of the pay level. You won't be that much more expensive compared to a teacher next to a BA+ credential. But, as you go down contained by years of experience on the pay extent...you will see a significant pay increase. Good luck beside your choice and your career!
I don't reflect on so.
