Since you are so young the only things I can think of is doing some cheap chores around the house or for others. That will allow you to just work for a short amount of time to reach your goal. My other choice is selling things. That is the fastest and easiest way to reach your 45 dollars. If you have a family member or colleague that can help you sell them online it would even be better.

try going to a pizza place and hold out an advertisement sign, like little caesers. telemarketing pays VERY well. Beg your parents. Steal? not a good idea. find a job near your house.

Otherwise, ask your parents for new shoes. Are your shoes old? Way too small? Tell your parents and they'll get you new shoes. If they won't buy you new shoes, well... that's not good because they're your parents. Unfortunately it's hard to earn money since you're only 12, other than doing chores, or making them happy.
