i think you are right. i'd say it like this:
Your life will be hell unless you have care, love and true trust in someone else.
It talks about the importance of having a relationship with another. That if you never saw another human being that your life would be hell. This doesn't mean that couldn't be just a friend though. I hope this helped. (by the way i'm only 11. that suprises most people.)
