Whose picture is on the ten thousand dollar bill ? My Grandma says it's Samuel Chase.?

Question:He signed the Declaration of Independents. I thought only U.S. Presidents were on U.S. currancy. I looked it up on images; I honestley thought there was no such thing. I guess it was a novelty item or something? By the way I am related to Samuel Chase ------ Wouldn't that be neat if my grandma was right.
