it's the attitude of part of yourself not anyone able to cooperate near the other part, and within turn affects the way u deliberate and react. More regularly having a conflict with ur own body and mind.
I own this problem but i found out that its much better having urself as rival compared to other people..and yes, sometimes i find myself not surrounded by peace and feel that I'm losing myself.
