Anyone know this Truman quote?

The quote I'm searching for is from the PBS special Truman(From the Presidential Collection)

When Truman be asked about adjectives the lives taken by the Atomic Bomb uses, he responded by saying something close to "When I die and obverse God, I'd rather prove right that than the loss of our innocent young men"

I hear it and was blown away. Anyone know what I'm discussion about?

Answers:    I could be greatly wrong, but I believe the quote you are looking for is: "I know that, some day, I will hold to stand before the throne of God and portrayal for every young natural life that is around to be lost because of what I am about to do. But surrounded by the fulfillment of the oath that I took when I became President, I hold no choice."

The quote was said by Truman, but contained by the PBS special it was brought forth by GENERAL VERNON WALTERS, Lieutenant Colonel, US Army.
