i first want to say that this is very noble of you, that you even think ,at such a young age, that this may help others, and i hope it does. quotes can be kinda dopey in the least,but real help is what is needed for people that need real help from professionals. i wish there was a magic word to keep one from wanting to commit themselves to the other side, but it just can't happen in the real world. the words that we may say may comfort them for a while but if help is not given the words you say are a moot point. the best thing that you or anyone can do is to be best friends with this person(s), involve them into your lives by taking them with you in the events that you follow and try to understand what the person is going through. when you know more about the person the better you are to associate the problems this person has.
talking is way better than quotes, but if you need one, here
