What does this quote mean? "Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do?

Question:"Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it. "- Maya Angelou

Answers:
it means if you like everything then your happy, and if your happy you have a great life, and a great life is a successful life
It means, when you like yourself, and like the things you do and like the way you do those certain things you've reached success, because not many people like themselves, or like the way they do things or what they do and when you acheive these things you have reached the ultimate success.
It means happiness is the true measure of success; money and titles don't make u successful, etc. It also means that people who like what they do and who they r perfom their tasks/jobs better than people who hate their jobs b/c they have the want to actually do it (in other words they don't slack off so they end up being successful b/c they work hard for it)
If you don't believe in yourself and you don't believe that what you do or did is a good thing, then you can't appreciate it. If you can't appreciate what you do, then it is not worth calling a success.
When I moved into my first apartment my neighbor was a homely looking guy who was a janitor at the nearby middle school. I barley talked to him until 3 weeks before I moved out. He came over and helped me move furniture, clean my apartment, and he even got stains out of my carpet so I would get my full deposit back!! I asked him when we got done moving a mattress down 3 flights of stairs how long he had lived at the apartment complex, and he replied by stating "14 years". Then I asked him how long he had worked at the school, and he replied "2 years, and 12 years". I looked at him puzzled, and he said, without skipping a beat, "I was a teacher for 2 years and discovered I really enjoyed working alone and I'm completely content sweeping halls and cleaning windows".

That is what the quote means.
