Well I guess one way to do that is to insert special characters into your name. You can do so by going to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map, where you will find a list of characters (ASCII) which you can then copy and insert wherever you want.

I think you maybe talking about ♥ (& hearts ; <--NO SPACES) you put that where you want the heart to show up
But it only works on certain sites
The easiest way for the hearts is to press alt + 3 on the number keypad all at once...not the plus sign though just alt 3

This can done by pressing alt and numbers in the numeric pad together... I did it for 1 to 32.
