this quote is wriiten by Zelda Fitzgerald , wife of American short story writter F. Scott Fitzgerald.
Well before i answer this question one thing that i would say is literature always gives us the freedom to interpret things the way we want and there fore the explanation given by me for this quote is what percive of it.
i think the quote means that no one can ever imagine the extend to which a heart can hold all the emotion s and feeling . It is like an ocean with each drop of emotion and feelings floating in it. Poets who have the power to feel and see everything that the common man fails to notice, also can't measure the heart and the depth of emotions hidden in it.Just like you don't know the end of the black hole , a hearts depth or its capacity to hold emotions cab never be measured
I think it is referring to a broken heart, pain is heavier than love!
the heart's capacity is limitless...poets write all types of beautiful and tragic things about the heart and yet there is so much more to it than even they can even imagine
