What is the quotation about "Love as if you're never been hurt, Dance as if no one is watching?"

Question:Can anyone tell me who first said this, and what the full quote is?

Thank you!

Answers:
Dance as though no one is watching you. Love as though you have never been hurt before. Sing as though no one can hear you. Live as though heaven is on earth.

****ADDITION:
after reading some of the previous answers I looked again. Here is the Irish proverb which the quote you are looking at evolved from :

Dance as if no one were watching,
Sing as if no one were listening,
And live every day as it it were you last.
~Irish Proverb

Have A Great Day.
Think it is an Irish Proverb...

I have heard many forms of it though.

Here is a link to one of them:
"Sing as if no one is listening, Dance as if no one is watching, Love as if you've never been hurt, Live as if you'll die today, Dream as if you'll live forever."

im not sure who its by, or even if thats the whole quote, but there it is haha.
i don't know the source but it likely saying that when loving you should give what the best you can give. Forget the past and don't mind the people around you.
"Work as if you don't need the money; love as if you've never been hurt; dance as if no one is watching."

I'm fairly certain it is an Irish proverb.
It's an old irish proverb and Guy Clark made it into a song. Quite a few have taken credit for it think.
