What is the quote about men and kings?

Question:There's a quote I've heard quite a few times, but just can't seem to remember correctly or even at all. It went something along the lines of "You say you're a man, men are kings, kings come in 12's, still think you're a man"...

That wasn't the exact wording of the quote I'm looking for, but it was something along the lines of that...

Anyone know which quote I'm referring to?

Answers:
It goes a little more like this:

"Man is the king of his castle . A king is a ruler. A ruler is 12 inches. Still think you're a man?"
