Does this quote by Hermann Melvin remind you of anyone in particular?

Question:"Some dying men are the most tyrannical; and certainly, since they will shortly trouble us so little for evermore, the poor fellows ought to be indulged."

Answers:
I'm tempted to say that it ought to apply to Dick Cheney. But then again, I don't think he deserves to be indulged in any way.

And by the way, that's from "Moby Dick" by Herman Melville. (I believe that Hermann Melvin is a character in Mad Magazine.)
