spirit, muse, holy spirit. it may have been all of those. many times when your mind is in the right place, spirits can talk to you..or through you. It has never happened to me, but it has with my best friends mom. She can sit on her bed with a pen and paper, and if she clears her mind long enough, she'll just start writing pages and pages...only she didnt write it, spirits did, through her. Dont be scared. It may be that you have a evry special gift.
Could it have been a time when you were free of stress and allowed yourself to think creatively. You may also have a gift for such things. When given time out of hectic schedules I'm sure more people would have time to create and let their thoughts form and flow freely.
