Poems, paragraphs and sayings that brings the mind to a sober state.?

Question:Recently I am confused about how I see the world and how I am interpreting general things in my own mind. how I look at people and trying to predict how people look at me. I struggle to identify when people are right and when they are wrong. How can I learn how to regain perspective about the above prblem.

Answers:
Shrimad Bhagwat Gita, religious book of hindus says, Karma is Dharma of every human, and the one who is evading this duty is disrespecting his existence, the chance given to him by being chosen over many others who didnt get to be the species human.
Dont try to analyse or understand life, the more u will, the more u will be entangled, try living fulfilling ur Karma(your job on earth) and consider it your Dharma(your religion, the impotant duty)
