I like it! The world is geting hotter, more hurricanes, etc. All of this is happening because of strange (rather stupied) people.
The world is going mad b/c of what people do to it.
Personality I think the quotation you posted is worthless in common use and in intellectual discovery. It says nothing and proves nothing.
It reminds me of a person who having nothing to say and wanting to sound important, simply express such worthless phrase.
It's not an attack on you. It's an attack on the person who structured the quotation.
