It depends on where you got the number from. If you got it from an online test, it's meaningless. Those tests are for entertainment and amusement only. If you got it from a standardized test administered by a qualified IQ test administrator, then your result would have been explained to you by that administrator, so you would know what it means already.

IQ tests are not a true test of intelligence. it would mean every person at the same age would have to do the test under the same circumstances at the same time with the same questions, it doesn`t happen like that.

since you are asking if that is good or bad, i assume you found out by taking some free on line test. the problem with these tests is that they are usually just made up by some random guy just so he can charge for the adds on his page. the test you took is probably highly inaccurate unless you really assume you are smart. in that case maby you are just really smart. well anyways to answer your main question: having an IQ of 131 is really good, since our former president: bill Clinton has an IQ of 141.
If the 131 is accurate, and depending on precise results, you are on the borderline of being eligible to join Mensa. (Top 2% - but that's still lots of people.)
