Culinary School first. then start working as as a Sou Chef, and get a good name going for you, and just up the Chef Ladder to executive. Try big hotels, or swank restuarants. get your name going, and your little personal siganture dish.
Culinary School is a good start. Did you take Home Economics in high school? Have you worked in a restaurant?
