Please be yourself. Yes, even shy. I don't know why boys just don't get it. (not meaning you, i mean boys in general) they think they have to put up a front, be a 'pimp' or 'player' or whatever they call it nowdays. YUCK...
Even though it seems girls like crap like this now, the REAL and GOOD girls still want guys who are honest, sincere, and themselves.
Don't act like a big shot, don't act like something your not. If a girl doesn't like you for YOU, then they are not worth it. I know you have heard that before.
I don't want to make you feel down by saying this, but my hubby was always big and never had girlfriends. Everyone made fun of him. He went thru a lot of hurt in his life, even quitting 8th grade because of it.
He did NOT get a REAL girlfriend until he was 27, and that was me. He always regretted not having one sooner, but in the end it all worked out. He would have went thru much more hurt I think, in having some girls earlier in his life. I really don't know. We've been married 10 yrs now.
Oh and a BIG thing that I don't like is this-- Do NOT act a certain way with a girl when you are alone, and then act totally differernt with her around your buddies. Whether it's to impress her, impress them, or not let them know you like her.
This turns a girl off big time. If you DON"T really like her, don't act like you do.
