You should tell your principle that is pretty serious. Or if you had a counciler you could tell them.
Ask your parents to meet with the principal and demand that the teacher gets the class under control or ask to change the class. If this doesn't work, ask you parents to call or meet with the district superintendent.

And do your part. If he makes fun of you say, " I don't like that" and move to another area. Make sure you are not teasing back or yelling at him. That WILL make him want to hit you.
