You should start with the school system. Other resources for information like this would be his doctor and the autism society. Many hospitals offer occupational and speech therapy as well
I would check with the local Autism Society Chapter in Lombard. Since it is ran mainly by parents of childern that have some form of autism, they should be able to recommend good occupational & speech therapists in your area.
