There is no age limit for learning anything. I purchased a computer for my children because they had to share computers in school and got limited time to work on the computer. I learned IT at the age of 40 with the help of my children, friends, neighbours, computer magazines and exploring the computer. Now I am even teaching IT to college students. For low cost courses look out for charitable institutes which teach computers.
