Special needs policy?

Question:Can anyone tell me What could I write when talking about a playschools role with the special needs policy?I'm actually lost just looking at the page where its written down.Anyone who did childcare may be helpful.

all playgroups and school have discrimination laws now, whereas they have to provide facilities for ethnic groups and disabilities, ie ramps for wheelchair users, special feeding cutlery lower tables, or higher tables for wheelchair users and at least one larger cubicle in the toilets. and a trained member of staff to provide help and support for the child.
you should be able to obtain a copy of their policy from the pre-school, or talk about it with the supervisor if none of this is available as they should cater for your child i.e make the changes for your child to attend
