What's the best ACT prep book, and why?

Question:Like a reveiw book for the
ACT.

Answers:
I would get a Computer ACT Prep Software, but make sure you get it a while before you take the ACT, no last min thing. I got it at the last min and studied one subject on it, and that subject went up like 4 or 5 points from last time! I am not sure what the software is called, but go to any electronics store like best buy and I am sure they have something for it!

The reason I like it a lot is because:

It gives you practice tests with the right amount of time on the real test, so you don't have to time yourself.

It gives you great tips!

It shows you the different types of questions that will be on the test for each subject, and gives examples of it for you to try out. So you know what to expect!

It helped me a lot (for the one subject I studied) and there were questions exactly like the examples the showed in the software! I mean it really helped!

Hope this helps!!
ACT company publishes a book called "The Real ACTs". It has 3 old ACT exams (June 03, June 04, June 05) and explanations for each.

If you get PR or McGraw Hill, please note that both have practice tests that are fraught with errors, and PR's science questions can be bizarre to say the least.

I have not looked at the ACT software the previous respondent mentioned.
