Regarding the National Medical Admission Test Requirements (Philippines)...?

Question:It says that I have to have a minimum of these units in the following subjects to be able to take the exam:

Biology 15 units
Chemistry 10 units
Mathematics 9 units
Physics 5 units

Is this a strict requisite or is it just a preferred level of knowledge. I only have a fraction of these units and there is no way I can get more units in my present University.

Answers:
Oh yes. It is required for NMAT. Your normal pre-med course should have a minimum of these units.
AB coursers may also enter med school but they are highly required to take the minimum number of units of those subjects.
