NUS and SMU minimum SAT score requirement ?

Question:Hi. I am a senior student of Indonesian citizenship hoping to enter NUS or SMU in Singapore. I have taken up SAT in June 2007 and my score was 520 for Critical Reading, 780 for Maths and 600 for writing, giving a total of 1900.

I was wondering whether 1900 is a good enough score to apply or do you think it is necessary for me to re-take the SAT. Also, would I be required to take up SAT Subject Tests as well ? And what other requirement tests would I need to take up in order to be able to apply ? Any suggestion and information will help. Thanks.
