Depends. You will find very few scholarships are based soley on one test or aspect of your life. Rather they will be based on overall academic achievement, extras, and essays. 29 is usually a solid score but percentile is what you should be concerned with. The ACT is out of 36 so a 29 doesn't mean much unless its a 99th percentile etc. A 29 is usually a low to mid range average for students who gain admission to selective to very selective schools. No won't get a full ride, but you'll get in no problem. might, maybe get a small scholarship. my mom got a full ride with a composite of 34 (would have had a 35, but she got 27 on the social studies bit, and that still bothers her. Just a general indicator of what kind of mindset gets a full ride)
