Late night cram sessions?

Question:I have been studying for almost twelve hours straight. It's 3:18 in the morning. I've taken 2 adderalls and I have to go retake the math portion of the g.e.d at 9 a.m. I am afraid that I won't have enough energy for the test and I HAVE TO PASS! What do you recommend I do to keep enough energy for my test in 6 hours? I plan on studying until 8:30 and then go to the testing center.

Answers:
umm. SLEEP. studies have shown that a good sleep the night before an exam actually helps your brain remember more things. GO TO BED!

LIFE is NOT about studying. study enough so you know the stuff..but dont kill yourself over it!
It happened once to me and all I did was eat, eat, eat. Steaks, mash potatoes, bottmeless ice tea, coke float, rootbear, steaks and I had no problem falling asleep..only I kinda have a problem with me stomach....

Actually my stomachs the one that kept me awake....thinking it might comeout will Im asleep...btw this happend when I was on my entrance exam..
I would sleep. I am good at math, and I still cannot do math problems when I haven't gotten any sleep.

If you think you still need to study, then take 20 minutes out of every hour and take a nap (set an alarm to go off in 20 minutes). If you fall asleep for 2-3 hours, you will be exhausted when you wake up. However, if you only sleep for 20 minutes at a time, you will not fall into a very deep sleep, and so you won't feel completely exhausted upon waking up.

Drink cold water and make sure your posture is good when you ARE studying. ;) If you can, bring a cold water bottle to the test, too.
