I need Help with ACT?

Question:i have taken the ACT 3 times:
1. 16
2. 17
3. 17 i studied at sylvan but didn't think it helped

WELL for starters i go get the books and all, read the rules and all that but I procrastinate and just study a day before the test. I have done that for the past 3 test.

Now I have graduated from HS and going to cc as transfer to 4 year college (prestigious school) to major in medicine. I have decided to take the test for the 4th time on Sept 15 and the past is repeating itself.
Also i haven't taken the SAT

Can u help me solve this problem

read ,dictionary newaspaper.then do plenty of practice test.
