I hope your daughter gets the results she deserves, Caz. It sounds as if she has had a tough couple of years and deserves some good news, good luck

maybe your daughter has to as well.
i doubt anyone will be in school today to answer phones its still summer hols
ive gotta go to my school and get them tomorrow why not tell ur daughter to ask some mates what to do, thats what i did.
you normally go into the school at 9 or 10 oclock in the morning and pick up an envelope with the results in. try ringing one of her friend's parents to see if they got the letter, and yes they are due out tomorrow. good luck to your daughter.
you should get them at the school tomorrow or u will get them in the post the day after by mail well thats how i got mine when i did it
Try UCAS.
ring them tomorrow you will get through because they will all be there, or email them and ask them , you usaully just go in and get them
When I was in school (oh so long ago!) you had to decide how you wanted them, to be posted or collected from the school. The school is on holiday too so I wouldn't expect an answer!
They are published tomorrow. She can go and collect them from the school, in our school they will be ready at about eleven.o.clock which I think is fairly normal, you or someone on her behalf can go and collect them with a signed note from her. I wish her luck with her grades!
I had to go into school to get mine. Continue trying to ring the school. The school will usually post them to you if you do collect them. Perhaps your daughter should ask some of her friends if they know anything.
they are tomorrow. don't panic though, some schools are starting at 9 am and others at 11. i would suggest ringning up tomorrow morning (before 9) an then ask, the results thing usually lasts around an hour and a half. meanwhile, check on your school's website, they might have a calander on it that tells you the date and time, or, is there no one that you know, or she knows that you can call to see if they know. i found out by putting a message on my msn personal message.
i`m going to the school tomorrow to pick my sons up!
You can either go and pick them up - the school will probabally hold them for the day in case. If not they will be posted to your home and you'll receive them on friday.
Don`t worry, they are obviously saving the best until last.
Good luck to the young lady.
I did my GCSE's last year and i was in a similar predicament to you and your daughter. I was being tutored at home by a hospital outreach service. I took the exams at school and they sent no correspondence about when results were out or how i was supposed to get hold of them. When my friends told me the date the results came out i my sister took me to the school and she picked them up from the office. If i was you i would just turn up and go the the main reception and get someone there to get hold of the papers for you.
well im getting mine from the school after 11am, ours was printed on a school letter
You might like to contact your local education authority (you can get the number from your local council office). If they do not know when the school will be open for the results they will definitely know what to do. I also think that if a student does not attend to collect their results, the school posts the results out (but don't quote me on that). All the best and best wishes for your daughter's results. I will keep my finges crossed for you.
If it's not too far to go then I'd just turn up at 9, see if anyone's around, then if not go back at 10!! There should be teachers there early I'd have thought, then you can just pick them up.
Don't worry if you can't get there sometime in the morning, they'll just post them and you'll get them in a couple of days.
Go to school about 11am, good luck!
all exam results are sent to the school in which you took the exams, can get results from 9am, if dont collect them tomorrow the school should the post them on to your home address the next day, hope this helps and good luck to your daughter
The school will be open tomorrow for the collection of results. From my own experience, 10.00 am is the usual time. It is always obvious where to collect them as you will see everybody else going in the same direction! Although some students delay opening the envelope until they get out of sight of everybody else, I think it is a very good idea to open it at school. There may be questions to be asked and many teachers will be available on the day to give advice, etc.
I'm sure your daughter has been through a lot and I wish her all the very best. Only one more sleep to get through before the results!
