It will take adults to make this possible. If your parents agree that you are not being challenged and you have the grades & test scores to prove it, have them call your school administration office. They will direct your parents to the administrator to whom they should request a meeting.
I know this one girl who did. You have to pretty much know all the math (simple algebra) and language arts (essays/grammar, etc.) for 7th grade. Then talk to your parents about it. If they agree, then go to the principal and talk with him/her.
