ACT/SAT study plan?

Question:I'm gonna be a junior and i'm debating how i should begin studying for the ACT/SAT. Anyone who has taken either and done successful, please tell me how you studied and how earlier in advance did you being studying. Thanks

I think the best thing to do is to take lots practice tests. Learn some strategies and test taking tips for the different types o questions and then practice a lot. The more you get familiar with the test format and strategies for answering the different types of questions, the more comfortable you'll feel when you take the real test. Plus you'll learn how to get faster. That's key in taking these tests. The more time you can save for the harder problems, the better you'll do.
