Your SAT score is just slightly better. A 30 on the ACT converts to a 1980 on the SAT. This is not a big difference so I would not worry about it.
My advice is to choose which one seems easier for you. I got a 35 using the course at Prepme.com and it saved my parents a lot of money. My dad had read about them in business week magazine.

It would appear that the 30 is a bit better than 1990.
