Question:is that true that if you dont pass the examination you cannot get a 4yr course?..

Hi.. I am taking the NCAE exam on August 28 too.. The answer is yes.. But it can be cancelled because many students will not like it.. It is unfair and against our rights.. Everyone has freedom to choose what course they want.. Well.. to be sure.. just review and answer the exam seriously with all your knowledge.. That's all I know.. I hope that our government will not continue it.. Hope this helps..
