You could purchase an SAT book from the store, its about $15 - $20 and they're very helpful. I have the Barrons edition and there are plenty of SAT prompts and sample essays. But actually if you can write pursuasive essays then you'll do fine.
There are a lot of sample questions in the princeton review guide, and the tutorfox new sat guide. When I first took the SAT, my score was low in the mid 1700s but then I got the sat guide from TutorFox: http://www.tutorfox.com/satguide.html... and my score went up to 2190 (800 math, 760 writing, 630 reading). I highly recommend this guide for anyone wishing to get a higher SAT score.
GOOD website's often do not present such prompts for free, but you may want to check collegeboard.com
Since you do not want to spend any money, why don't you borrow an SAT prep book from your local library and make copies of the SAT essay prompts?
