Study of coz is one of the way but you have to chat wit the lecturer, try to get tips from them. Most of the top students get tips from thier lecturer to survive. So, try to befriend with teachers.

well..you must do your lab reports well, score your mid term exams and quizzes..and also, your final exams and assignments too. but how to achieve this....5 simple rules:
1) collect past year questions (quizzes,final year/midterm)from teachers/seniors and do them, as they might come out again foryour final exams.
2) Then, go for group study, especially for lab reports..no team work, not good marks,sadly...experiences teach me
3) Do practices , all the time, don't simply read and memorize....based on the text/work books your teachers instruct you to do....esp calculations.....no memorizing formulas only,please..it'll do no justice to your exams.
Any doubts in subjects, don't waste time to ask your teachers asap!
4) Eat supplementary vitamins (esp for the brain) like COD LIVER OIL..and then Gingko Biloba...anything for your brain, so that you can remember things effectively
5) Lastly...lots and lots of Zzzz.....dont stay up too often to get things done....you'll get disillusional and easily irritated by the morning. Manage your time properly

well there are many ways to get good grades...
1. Study! (Read book, notes)
2. Do hw regularly
3. Dont miss class
4. Listen to the teacher (cause sometimes they might give what's on the Test!)
5. Improve your study skills
6. take notes even though your teacher has not asked to.
7.Make schedule for your study
8. Group study (Strudy with your friends)
And best of all follow directions..read them carefully
Try to do these steps that see your test score!
