Passing a test that is based on your opinion?

Question:I took a test for a job that was what seemed to be opinion. they asked a lot of questions like,, if you knew your co-worker was stealing what would you do. it was multiple choice. How do you pass a test like that

Answers:
They're checking for integrity. Just wanted to know that you're not a crook. Honestly, those tests are a waste of time. But a lot of businesses depend on them. I worked at a place in college that gave one of those tests to screen out potential criminals, and it seemed like they were arresting another employee every week for stealing from the store.
Just give the answers you know they want. No, you won't steal. Yes, you'll rat out your coworkers. Blah blah blah.
theresacrider is right - its called a pre emplyment screen test - and basically that is what theyre are looking for - they check a few major ares -

theft
attendance
customer service
patience
math

there is another one i cant remember -
Pick as honestly as you can. Of course, they are probably looking for people who did morally right things, like not stealing, reporting inapropprate behavior, and things like that.
