This isn't going to be what you want to hear. I know you're looking for specific numbers, but that's just not the way it works.
First of all, while there is a median score for the school you're looking at (which can be easily accessed at www.collegeboard.com) they don't just look at a GPA and an SAT score. If someone told you they don't even look at your other grades, they are sorely mistake, although your grades improving is a good sign. If you had any circumstances that might have interfered with your school work, you should explain that in your personal statement (another crucial part of the application process). And finally, Tisch is EXTREMELY competitive, so beyond grades you'll have to work really, really hard to audition in. But really, you never know until you try. Good luck!
