What is considered a good ACT score?

Question:Could someone give me a range?
Would the high 20s or low 30s be a good score?
Would 26, 27, 28, or 29 good?

Answers:
I would say that a 28+ would be expected by almost any school as a "good" score.

If your applying to a state school 23-28 is a good score
If you are applying to a highly selective school 28-32 is considered a good score
The average score for the ACT is about a 21. So, any score from a 21 to a 36 would be considered good.
