I guess you are saying that you have graduated from High school. Go on line and find out colleges near you. Junior college don't require ACT scores. Plus it's good way to get your G.E for cheap. If you go to University straight, you end up paying double triple the money for the same classes. After your G.E, you can transfer to a University for further education in 2 to 3 years. Make sure you have a good GPA after 2 years of Junior college.

And you make an account and then register for the test (have your credit card ready). You will want to take the test with the writing section.
