I don't know if there is a website...
But when I took my GED, there where instructors who had practice books...
they had books and practice exams for all levels. For those who knew absolutly NOTHING all the way up to those who were ready to take the exam. If you live on or near a military base, there should be an education office and someone who can help you prepare. If not, then check with the local high school. That is what I did, and they were extremly helpful.

Try the PBS Literacy Link website. You can register for free and it is really great! I recommend it to all my English Speaking students who are familiar with computers. It even has sample tests and practice quizzes. I believe the website is www.litlink.org (but you could search "PBS Literacy Link").
Also, for math practice, try www.aaamathmatics.com. You can practice math skills by topic.
If you want to print some worksheets, there is this website called the math worksheet generator. You put in the amount of questions, type of questions, and it will give you a worksheet and an answer sheet to print.
