Well, i guess you could start with the official website,
www.collegeboard.com and check all the stuff there. This is the official website and can really help you but the drawback is that it does not offer you plenty of sample questions.
A good resource for sat ii chemistry questions is http://oveli.com they have lots of questions there, but no theory.
There was also a blog http://www.chemistrysat.blogspot.com... but i guess the guy just gave up on it.
Also, sparknotes can help you, they have some free as well as some paid preparation test, here is the website www.sparknotes.com
I didn't find anything that was good online. I would use the Barron's book as it's cheap and helped me out a bit. Overall, I would review your notes from AP Chem if you took it.
