Is it disadvantagious to take SAT II math level 1 rather than level 2?

Question:I would like to take level 2, but I haven't learned a lot of things covered in that test. I know I would do well on the level 1 test though.

Answers:
If you're entering Calculus, want an 800, and like math, take Level 2. (or if the college demands it)

If you have not learned trigonometry, probability, and a smidge of statistics-probability-matrice... take Level 1.

Never take a test that has questions on subjects that you've never learned.
It all depends on what college you're applying to and your intended major. If you are majoring in the sciences/math, it'd be best that you take level 2.

And I would also check the requirements of the schools that you want to apply to. Some schools require level 2.
It really depends on the college to which you are applying. If the Math 2 test is required (or they only accept Math 2 if you take a math test), then you have to take Math 2. If you were applying for an engineering degree or a degree in physics or math, Math 2 might be more advantageous. But otherwise, take Math 1 if you like (it's alright for your biology degree.

Truth be told, it won't matter which level you take for most universities, even in the case of some well respected universities. I am going to be a math major (I hope!), but I only took math 1 (I had been away from the extra topics in Math 2 for a year, and I didn't have time to review the extra Math 2 topics). I am going to a well respected university, although it is more libearl arts.
