Contact the Rowing Coach at d'Overbroeck's College, Oxford. Her name is Clare Cameron and she is a well known school's rowing coach in England. She has just gone there from the Oratory near Henley. She rowed in the university eight while at Oxford in the early 1990's and knows everyone. I am sure she can help you.
