Instructional Technology Program in Canada?

Question:Is there any Ph.D. instructional technology programs in Canada? Due to personal reasons, I choose Canada over America. So far I only know University of Calgary has this program. Thanks.

Answers:
Concordia University (in Montreal, Quebec) offers a Ph.D. program in Educational Technology as well.

You can read more about it here: http://doe.concordia.ca/graduate/etechno...

As far as I am aware, this is the only other Doctoral program in Canada. Most of the universities offer either Master's degrees or post-graduate diplomas.

Hope this helps.
