when we have to dress like were going to the beach
and the next thing is that were gonna do a fundraiser
does anyone have any idea how the school can riase more money??
Answers:
Bake sales, Carwashes, donations.
Candy Sales always makes a lot of money
Do FlowerGrams. Ask a florist to donate (or sell cheap) some carnations (or roses) and sell them for a dollar. Ask students to buy them for their friends (or significant other) and you can deliver them to their classroom. This was a big hit around Valentines day.
Bake Sales
Candy sales
Car washes
T-shirt sales
Trash bags
Spirit Pom-poms
Ask the Principle if students donate a dollar, if they can wear their pajamas to school...etc.
One time my school had a pickle sale; that worked out great! Some ideas are: Have an arts and crafts sale(you make the arts and crafts well other people buy them), have a bake sale, or a "yard sale"(ask people to donate certain items that could be easily sold), car washes, candy sales, and/or put up a bunch of recycling cans up around the school, and take whatever is collected to the nearest recycling facility!
I have an idea on a fundraiser! Email me from my profile and I'll send you more info!
Hope you meet your goals!

Wow what a bad idea!
One of the nice things about "Dress Up" is that nice clothes hide all of the ugliness of the human body. What are the other 90% of the students going to do ? I mean those kids with average bodies (fat/skinny) who already have enough problems at school without you - who are obviously one of "The Beautiful People" - setting up a dance where you can laugh at them. No wonder you need a fund raiser. You probably can't sell enough tickets.
Yes, I know, you would probably laugh at them in nice clothes too. But it is your responsiblity to make a school dance fun for every person, right?
Go back to the drawing boards and forget a swim-dance!
:-) I am not kidding.
