Well it depends what grade you are in. I've been in student council for 4 years and this year i'm the president so if you'd like you can AIM me at arcticice03 for some ideas cause I'll need to know what grade you are in =).
But always introduce who you are first and then tell a bit about yourself like what would make you a good person to be in student council and such.
