Does anyone know if I can attend the course in english?
I don't know german very well.
But I set my heart on that university! If anyone of you knows anything please help!
Answers:
Univ of Zurich is listed as joint-109th in the international league table, alongside University of St Andrews, Scotland. That places it above Upsalla Sweden, Twente Netherlands, Leeds UK, North Carolina USA. That means it is a pretty good place with a high research output and strong student approval.
Tuition is provided in French, German and English depending on the disciplines and the options you choose. You'll need to check with the Faculty what is the language of tuition in your subjects. Some of their top staff in some disciplines are American and teach only in English; others give lectures in multiple languages. I attended a course there many years ago and got four languages in each lecture, just to make the important points for everyone in the class. Not sure if that still happens.

Well, some the lectures are in English, especially in finance and international studies but I wonder if you are aware of the standards required. This is one of the best universities in Europe and in any one's list of the top 50 in the world. You would have to be able to sail into Oxford or Cambridge to survive in Zurich. Why on earth do you want to study in a German speaking city when you are not fluent in the language. I think this is just a day dream. If you are an academic high flyer, try the LSE. If not so hot but still solid, try University of Wales at Aberystwyth. Go to Zurich as a post-grad and get your German up to scratch in the meantime.
